- Tracking: You will receive a notification once our local partner is out for delivery.
2. Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction is our priority.
- Window: You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Condition: To be eligible, your product (including our Turbo Firewood Stove) must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Process: Message us on WhatsApp. Since we are local, we will arrange a quick inspection and pickup from your address.
- Refunds: Once approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
